Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, let us know via email at email@example.com with your order ID . We will get started on the return or exchange process right away.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the order back to us. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to mail the replacement order back to you. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price of your order, including shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
